JOB OPENINGS

1. Manufacturing/HR Administrative Assistant

-Will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources
-Will be expected to assist on the manufacturing floor
-Review documentation requirements for each workstation.
-Ability to answer multi-line phone
-Conduct new hire orientations
-Maintain and assist with training records
-Maintain shipping & receiving logs
-Create purchase requisitions and route sheets
-Special projects, assignments and tasks as required

Minimum Requirements:
-Must be capable of working with confidential information in a professional manner and maintain employee privacy
-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
-Must be able to follow instructions and procedures
-Strong attention to detail required
-Strong organizational skills required
-Must be capable of multi-tasking and setting priorities
-Must be self-motivated
-Must be capable of working with minimal supervision
-Experience not required; however, experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred

2. Weld Inspector

-Work with management and production personnel to ensure quality products
Conduct in-process and final inspections to meet print and American Welding Society Specifications (AWS D15.1)
-Monitor workstations to comply with Quality Assurance Inspection and Test Plans
-Proficient in reading, understanding and following procedures, drawings and utilizing measuring devices
-Weld inspecting experience, required
-Auditing experience, preferred
-Detailed oriented
-Self-motivated
-Multi-tasking skills
-Moderate knowledge of word and excel
-Mandatory overtime when required (No Sundays)
-Pay will be based on skills and experience
-Certified Welding Inspector is not required

3. Railcar Technician (Outside Work/Oregon, OH)

-3 years’ experience preferred
-Ability to pass all position weld tests (horizontal, vertical, and overhead)
-Ability to stick weld
-Ability to adjust welder
-Ability to read blueprints to meet drawing specifications
-When necessary, work at our Findlay, OH, shop may be required
-Must be willing to travel, if necessary
-Must pass a background check and drug screen

4. MIG Welder/Fabricator

– 3 years experience preferred
– Ability to pass all position weld tests (horizontal, vertical, and overhead)
– Ability to stick weld, preferred
– Ability to adjust welder
– Ability to read blue prints to meet drawing specifications
– When necessary, temporary work at our Oregon, OH location may be required. Company truck provided; plus incentive pay.
– Must be willing to travel, if necessary

5. Machine Operator

– Ability to follow instructions
– Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
– Must be able to read prints
– Ability to independently operate or have the ability to learn how to operate lathes, drill press, hydraulic press, Bridgeport milling machines
– Familiar with CNC lathe and mills is a plus

6. General Laborer

– Ability to follow instructions
– Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
– Experience with blue print reading preferred
– Stenciling railcars
– Pneumatic cylinder tear down and assembly
– Assemble railcar parts
– Painting experience is a plus
