*All positions are 1st shift with mandatory overtime when required. No Sundays. Paid weekly. Benefits (health, dental, vision & life) available after 30 days of hire.*

HR Manager

  • Recruiting and on-boarding (full life cycle)
  • Conduct new hire orientation-Plan administrator for group insurance plans
  • Track attendance and vacation
  • Maintain & track training records
  • Address employee relations issues
  • Assist with employee evaluations
  • Management of Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Compensation claims
  • Ensure the compliance with all local, State and Federal laws and statutes including labor laws and other governmental regulations that are directly applicable to the Company
  • Maintain OSHA records
  • Ensure accident investigations are conducted and maintain appropriate records
  • Special projects, assignments and tasks as requiredMinimum

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be capable of working with confidential information in a professional manner and maintain employee privacy
  • Must be self-motivated-Must be capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities

Welder

  • 3 years’ experience preferred
  • Ability to pass all position weld tests (horizontal, vertical, and overhead)
  • Ability to adjust welder
  • Ability to read blue prints to meet drawing specifications
  • Must be willing to travel, if necessary
